Drumming ~~ an ancient musical tradition used around the world to energize, build unity, focus attention, enhance relaxation and heighten creativity. Drumming helps us move to those universal rhythms inside. The drum circle is a group of people who come together to make in-the-moment music and have fun. No musical or drumming experience required!
No lessons provided in any circle I lead.
Bring your percussion instrument or USE ONE OF OURS. We use Native American style frame drums that we beat with a beater stick. Participants are welcome to bring any type of drums or percussion instruments - frame, djembes, tablas, congas, rattles, etc. Beginners are encouraged to participate.
